Eastern beach recount.

Eastern beach trip.

Slap, my cousin woke me up.  I was excited because that day we went to Eastern Beach.  Our day started with our school coming together and I came with my mum brother and sister. “We're going to have awesome trip!” I said.  After that we went in our room lines so we can go on the bus.

As soon as we got off the bus we all gathered up in our line and we Mr Johnston told us to eat our morning tea.  I grabbed my morning tea and ate it. I crunched into my tim tams and it melted in my mouth and I thought yummy so I grabbed 4 more and ate them quickly, they were scrumptious.

Later after my morning tea I had a game of touch rugby it was fun after my game I had lunch I ate sandwiches. Then our group name got called out for kayaking and Mr Grady, Miss Nickels and Ms Kirkpatrick helped put our life jackets on and after that we we to shore and we played a lot of fun games and we had a race back and Henry and Ms Kirkpatrick came first

After kayaking Henry and I went for a swim in the water.  Then we stole Tatiana and Waitama’s special rock.  We dropped it and left it there but I pretended I had it and I was trying to run away in the water.  Tatiana was chasing me and I showed my hands and Tatiana said “You liar!” and she went away.  Henry went back to see if the rock was there and it wasn't there, so we went to go play with the other people.  I went on Henry's shoulders and we played last man standing and we won.

Next we got out of the water had lunch.  Then we played touch again a little later I went to go have a game of cricket and then Henry and I went back into the water and played around.

Finally I got cold I looked at my little sister she looked like she wasn’t cold and I went out ate again and then played touch and another game of cricket then I had to get my stuff ready because we were leaving and I was a little sad because I wanted more fun because I will be at college next year but we couldn't stay longer so we went on the bus and went to school.
